My Fast Basket Company is opened online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 365 days a year to accept orders for your convenience.
My Fast Basket Company ships orders on business days, Monday through Friday only. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day (i.e. orders received on Saturday will be shipped on Monday).
My Fast Basket Company processes all orders received on holidays (i.e. Christmas, Passover, Easter etc.) on the next business day which is Monday through Friday (i.e. if Christmas falls on a Thursday, orders received on Thursday will be shipped on Friday unless it is perishable which would be shipped the following Monday).
My Fast Basket Company will ship only within the Continental United States.

Orders received after 12:00 Noon on Friday, or all day Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday or if received on holidays will be shipped the next business day that is not a holiday. For example If Monday is a holiday the order will be shipped on Tuesday. This is our policy but cannot be guaranteed and can be affected by factors such as shipping carrier availability. During busy holiday seasons extra time may be required and we advise you to place your orders as early as possible for holiday delivery.
Shipping Carriers, Policy and Delivery Time Estimates
My Fast Basket Company reserves the right to choose the best possible shipping carrier for an order and we may ship using UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS or other service carriers as deemed necessary. My Fast Basket Company is also required to follow the regulations and rules set forth by each shipping carrier. Once the carrier receives the package and it is in transit, My Fast Basket Company is not responsible or liable for that package if it is lost, stolen or mis-delivered. If a package has been determined to be DELIVERED by the carrier, My Fast Basket Company will not issue a refund on claims of non-delivery. Some carriers do leave packages with neighbors, in plain view on porches, in front of garages etc. It is the shipping carrier's decision and not My Fast Basket Company's decision as to the safety of a delivery location.
During busy holiday seasons ground service may take additional time and alternate shipping companies may be substituted as required to ensure timely delivery. If you require your shipment to arrive on a certain date please consider using an expedited service such as 2nd Day Air or Overnight/Next Day Delivery paying very close attention to the time of day an order is placed and the definition of a business day. Some food and perishable items require 2nd Day or Overnight/Next Day Delivery to ensure freshness and there will be no exceptions made. If you have any questions, please contact us via phone or email prior to placing your order. All efforts will be made to accommodate your request. My Fast Basket Company is not responsible for shipping delays caused due to inclement weather and shipping charges are non-refundable per carrier policy.
Estimated Time Delivery At-a-Glance (will vary during peak holidays) is as follows:
Ground Delivery - 5 to 7 business days. Days in transit are business days (Monday-Friday) and do not include Saturday and Sunday or Holidays
3 Business Days - Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include Saturday and Sunday or Holidays (i.e. if you order a gift on Friday at 4 pm, your gift will ship on the following Monday for delivery on Thursday)
2 Business Days - Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include Saturday and Sunday or Holidays (i.e. if you order a gift on Friday at 3 pm, your gift will ship on the following Monday for delivery on Wednesday)
Saturday Delivery - Offered for some products but cannot be guaranteed and is based upon delivery location in some cases. Please check with us if you have any questions about Saturday delivery.
Next Business Day - Overnight delivery if the product is ordered by the cutoff time of day for that product and does not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. (i.e. if you order a gift on Friday at 4PM using next business day delivery your gift will ship on Monday for delivery on Tuesday).
Hand Delivered and Same Day Delivery - Same day or next day hand delivery is offered on select products. Orders for same day delivery MUST be received before 12 Noon Eastern Time. Some remote locations may not be able to be reached for same day delivery. Hand Delivered orders will be delivered the next business day in most cases. During busy holiday seasons additional time may be required due to our design centers workload. Please make every effort to place your holiday orders as early as possible.
An address error made by the customer is the responsibility of the customer and not My Fast Basket Company. We thank you for taking extra time to check your order for accuracy prior to placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for an incorrect shipping address or if an apartment number, suite or building number is incorrect or missing from the shipping address and is required for accurate delivery. Every reasonable effort will be made to correct and redirect your gift but charges will apply. Reshipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If it is impossible to retrieve a gift that has an address error made by the customer no refunds will be issued.
Address Errors Made by My Fast Basket Company will be reshipped at no additional shipping charge to the customer upon receipt of correct address. This remedy does not apply if the customer failed to provide an apartment number, suite number or building number as stated above.
Refused shipments are the responsibility of the customer and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If re-shipping is required additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Helpful Hint: We suggest that if the recipient resides in a gated community or requires authorization to receive shipments that the customer obtain necessary information to clear any restrictions before placing an order. We do not suggest that you ship to hotels, hospitals, PO Boxes or schools. These facilities have experienced a high rate of refused shipments and undeliverable addressees. My Fast Basket Company cannot be responsible for refused or undeliverable items shipped to hotels, hospitals, PO Boxes or schools. Helpful Hint: If you must ship to one of these facilities, please include as much information as possible including the name and phone number of a full time employee at the facility if possible.
Delivery Address Changes
My Fast Basket company can accept some delivery address changes with some carriers after a package has been picked up by the carrier. If circumstances require that you change the delivery address for a package please contact us to discuss the circumstances. A delivery address change charge in the amount of $25.00 will apply. Delivery address changes will add additional days to the transit time.
Delivery Service Level Changes
My Fast Basket Company will try to try to accommodate all requests for service level changes if you contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If you need to change the delivery service level (i.e. change ground delivery to 2nd day air, 2nd day air to ground etc.) if the order has not been processed and picked up by the shipping carrier we will attempt to change the service level for you. With some changes additional shipping charges may also apply. If the order has been processed and picked up by the shipping carrier no shipping level changes can be made. During the months of December, May and June no service level changes can be accepted.
During peak times, deliveries may take one or more additional business days to arrive. This affects two weeks prior to and following all major holidays. My Fast Basket Company is closed on all major holidays.
Hotel, Hospital, and Corporate Office Deliveries
Deliveries to hotels and hospitals are acceptable, but not recommended. These shipments typically go to a general receiving department before being routed internally to patients and/or guest rooms. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery to hotels or hospitals and no refunds will be issued if the patient and/or guest checks out and cannot be located.
For corporate office deliveries, we advise that you include your recipients department and/or phone extension with your order to ensure that your gift is internally routed to the correct person. We cannot guarantee that once your gift is received and signed for by a representative of your gift recipient's employer and/or designated building staff member, that your gift will be correctly delivered internally to your intended recipient. Therefore, once your gift is correctly delivered to the address provided, we cannot issue refunds for internally misdirected, lost, or stolen packages.
Perishable Items Shipping Policy
Perishable items such as food and chocolate may not be able to be shipped during certain seasons (i.e. chocolates in the summer months). If a basket contains a perishable item such as chocolate or a perishable food item the shipment may require priority shipping and special cold pack packaging. Every effort is made in the product description to advise you of perishable items shipping polidy. Also, in smaller amounts a reasonable and equivalent or higher quality product could be substituted for some perishable items in some gift baskets during these the hot seasons. We reserve the right to make these substitutions at our discretion and no refunds will be issued based upon the substitutions.
Perishable Items Requiring 2nd Day Air - Some of our perishable items, such as our hams or turkeys etc., are not available for Ground Shipping if being delivered west of Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, or Michigan. To ensure freshness, these items are required to ship 2nd Day Air. Should you accidentally request Ground Shipping for a state that requires 2nd Day Air, your order will automatically be upgraded to 2nd Day Air delivery and the difference will be charged to your credit card.
Here is a list of states that will require 2nd Day Air for specially marked perishable items: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Important Note: For perishable items we cannot extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect address or a P.O. Box. We use multiple shipping companies among them are UPS, USPS and Federal Express and our items are shipped using the best way and best available carrier. UPS and Federal Express will not ship to a PO Box.
Gifts Containing Alcohol
Some wine and other alcoholic beverage products listed on our website are sold and delivered from AKA. All terms and conditions of sale established by AKA from time-to-time are binding on the Consumer. An adult signature is required for all deliveries containing alcohol. The terms and conditions will be provided upon request via phone or email to service @ myfastbasket dot com.
An adult signature is required for all alcoholic beverages and delivery may be delayed if an adult is not available. My Fast Basket Company is not responsible for delays because of signature requirements and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Once the fault is determined My Fast Basket Company will make every effort to assist our customers and offer remedies for orders that are delivered damaged and may include refund, replacement or contacting the shipping carrier. My Fast Basket Company does not provide supplemental delivery insurance and damages will be limited to those as defined by each shipping carrier's standard rules and guidelines. We must receive a damage notice within 3 business days of delivery of a shipped package, perishable item or hand delivered item with the day of delivery counting as one of those days. When the damage is reported we will ask for the package to be returned to us or available for pickup. Other than the outer box being removed for shipped items, My Fast Basket Company will not refund for any damages where the inner packaging has been opened, shrink wrap removed or partially consumed or used products are returned. Please take photos of damage if possible and keep all packing materials intact along with proof of delivery as these things may be requested by the shipping carrier. No refunds will be issued without these reasonable measures being taken by the recipient. Absolutely no requests for damaged orders will be accepted after 3 business days has elapsed or if the package is not available for return.
If My Fast Basket Company notices that there will be a problem with or if we have questions about an order we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible. Processing orders that are questionable may be delayed. We advise you to provide accurate contact information with your order including a correct phone number and email address. My Fast Basket Company will use both email and the phone to contact you regarding any orders in question including but not limited to product substitutions for sold out items, possible back orders and other situations that are beyond My Fast Basket Company's control etc.
